VP Business Development & Marketing – Crypto – Israel/Remote

Our client is a crypto startup based in Tel Aviv, Israel, creating anonymous, lightning-fast gold Mimblewimble implementation.

The mission is to provide the cryptocurrency community with a solution to the risks associated with cryptocurrency holdings and transactions. Mimblewimble is solving two main problems – privacy and scalability. Its vision is a true community decentralization, with infinitely scalable characteristics, that enable confidential transactions. They make key improvements to the Mimblewimble protocol including scarcity, a reward pool for evangelism, and a safer mining algorithm called Equihash.


In charge of the business funnel – from market research, to partnership management and marketing:

  • Perform market research, explore new markets and business opportunities
  • Create a flow of potential partners and assist in closing deals
  • Partnership Management. Negotiate business terms, and manage all communication with partners
  • Forecast business potential, analyze and optimize partner’s performance
  • Create content, including presentations, blogs and whitepapers that
    connect with technical audiences, coordinate all public relation activities and lead
    the company’s messaging and communication strategy in all channels


  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrencies space and understanding how blockchain
  • Experience in engaging with PR agencies and marketing partners
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and experience
  • Great passion for business and deal-making, experience with sales is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills and demonstrated capabilities to
    manage multiple deadlines and changing project criteria
  • Analytic skills, organizational skills, initiative and vision. Ability
    to build and execute a strategic plan
  • Great oral and written communications skills, including professional presentation


  • Tel Aviv or remote
