Senior Sales & Account Executives – Fintech – New York City

Our client is an established fintech consulting firm in New York City. They’re growing their sales organization and are looking for high-energy Senior Sales and Account Executives to join their sales team.
You bring:
  • 8-10 years Sales and Account Management experience within the IT, consulting services or staffing industry.
  • Knowledge and experience with IT, consulting services or staffing & recruiting practices.
  • Experience in project based consulting and solution selling a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communications skills.
  • Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strategic Account Management and experience with
  • Financial Services industry knowledge preferred but not required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science preferred
You will:
  • Act in the Account Management capacity, support all day-to-day account and relationship Management activities including:
  • Identify, develop and sell new business opportunities into existing and new client relationships.
  • Support all aspects of account revenue generating activities including,prospecting, lead generation, opportunity qualification and organizational account mapping.
  • Actively manage a detailed sales pipeline to be maintained in SalesForce.
  • Successfully manage and grow key accounts, developing long-term customer relationships while building trusted client affinities with key client executives.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring and contract management functions.
  • Participate in and support strategic selling and account planning endeavors including technical proposal development, RFPs/RFIs, deal structure, pricing,commercial contracts, SOWs etc.
  • Assist and manage ongoing lead gen and marketing campaigns, case study development, distribution, industry events participation, etc.
  • Work closely with consulting teams to keep abreast of current engagement activities and issues and to support client advocacy matters
