Business Development Lead (North America)
About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing DeFi infrastructure project building the next generation of restaking and decentralized finance solutions. Their mission is to redefine economic security by bridging security, liquidity, and rewards across multiple ecosystems.
They have already achieved $2.2B+ TVL, support high-impact tokens (BNBx, SolvBTC, slisBNB, asBNB, and more), and are leading innovation in the $100B+ market of liquid restaking, tokenized CeDeFi, and real-world assets.
The Role
As Business Development Lead (North America), you will spearhead capital attraction and revenue growth across the U.S. and Canada. The role requires someone deeply experienced in both TradFi and DeFi, especially in institutional-facing projects, who can build trust and close high-value partnerships.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced, frontier-tech environment, and is motivated by scaling decentralized financial ecosystems globally.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the project and portfolio products to core customer groups (UHNIs, Family Offices, VCs, Hedge Funds).

Structure customized product solutions to optimize sales conversions.

Carry revenue and TVL targets for the North America region.

Work closely with the SDR team to improve lead generation through your network.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and funds.

Represent the project at conferences and industry events, building relationships that will drive growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

4β7 years of proven experience in business development, with at least 2+ years in the crypto industry.

Deep understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts.

Strong network within the institutional financial ecosystem, with a track record of successfully attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships.
