We’re currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Web3 marketing agency that is looking for a Content Manager – ideally someone who’s a crypto degen at heart, with sharp creative instincts and a knack for strategy. This is a key role for someone who lives and breathes crypto, NFTs, and all things blockchain, and who’s ready to lead content efforts across digital channels.

The Role

Our client is looking for someone who combines creative flair with analytical thinking. You’ll be responsible for shaping content strategy, overseeing production, managing a team of writers, and ensuring all content is aligned with brand tone, SEO best practices, and the fast-evolving Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform product features and USPs into compelling PR and content pieces

  • Build and maintain detailed content calendars

  • Oversee content rollouts across web, social, email, and other platforms

  • Write and edit high-quality content briefs and long-form articles

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate engaging campaign ideas

  • Manage a team of internal and freelance writers across regions

  • Collaborate closely with SEO teams to optimise for ranking and visibility

  • Adapt content to suit different buyer personas and stages of the funnel

  • Ensure localization efforts maintain contextual accuracy with translators

  • Stay ahead of crypto market trends and turn insights into content opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Background in content marketing, journalism, or media
  • Prior experience in a crypto, Web3, or tech startup environment

  • Experience managing external content creators

  • Familiarity with SEO and content analytics tools

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress

  • A creative mindset and editorial sensibility

  • Experience in inbound marketing, content strategy, and performance tracking
