About the Company

Join as the Founding Marketing Lead of an early-stage DeFi app backed by strong angels and builders from leading blockchain ecosystems. The company is building a next-generation platform for on-chain trading and portfolio management — combining intuitive UX with advanced analytics and automation to help users earn, trade, and manage assets across DeFi protocols with confidence.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can drive volume & traction, awareness, and partnerships from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Own growth and user acquisition: Design and execute full-stack marketing and growth strategies to attract, activate, and retain traders and liquidity providers.
Drive trading volume: Develop and optimize campaigns that directly increase platform usage, trading activity & volume

Own growth end-to-end: Define and execute the marketing and growth strategy from 0→1 — from content and community to paid and partnerships.
Build brand presence: Shape and communicate a clear narrative that resonates with DeFi traders, liquidity providers, and crypto-native users.
KOLs & Partnerships: Identify and activate influencers, media outlets, and ecosystem partners to drive co-marketing and referral campaigns.
User acquisition: Design and execute creative campaigns targeting both retail and pro DeFi users - from organic community growth to paid acquisition.
Community & exposure: Amplify presence across Twitter, Telegram, podcasts, and crypto-native media.
Growth experiments: Test unconventional tactics, viral loops, and new acquisition channels.
Content & storytelling: Produce high-signal content - product updates, threads, announcements, and case studies - that educate and convert.
Collaborate with founders: Work directly with the founding team on positioning, GTM strategy, and ecosystem partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or growth within DeFi, trading, or crypto-native platforms.
Proven track record driving user or liquidity growth in a fast-moving startup or protocol environment.
Deep understanding of DEXs, trading primitives, and DeFi user psychology.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
A doer mindset - resourceful, fast, and outcome-driven.
Startup mentality: experiment, measure, iterate.
Ready to treat the company like your own - equity is part of the deal.

Bonus Points

Experience with AI, automation tools, or on-chain analytics.
Existing network in the DeFi ecosystem (KOLs, influencers, DAOs, funds).
Background in content creation or product marketing for Web3 products.
