Our client is building the future of digital asset management — a unified, self-custodial platform that gives users full control over their crypto investments across chains and protocols. From tracking and trading to earning yield and allocating to tokenized assets, everything happens in one intuitive interface, powered by an AI-based investment advisor.
Backed by top-tier investors and led by a world-class engineering team, they’re now hiring their first marketing/growth lead to take the product from early traction to breakout growth.
The Role
This isn’t a “CMO” in a suit. It’s a hands-on, full-stack growth operator role.
You’ll work directly with the founder to build and own the company’s entire growth function — from strategy to execution, across acquisition, content, community, and analytics. If you love shipping fast, testing ideas, and turning early believers into evangelists, this is for you.
What You’ll Do

Build and run growth experiments across paid, organic, SEO, influencer, referral, and viral loops

Own messaging & content — create clear, compelling assets that drive interest and explain the product’s value

Grow the community — lead social presence, activate KOLs, host AMAs/Spaces, and drive engagement

Track and optimize performance — analyze CAC, LTV, funnels, and iterate based on what moves the needle
About You
You’re a builder who happens to use marketing as a weapon. You don’t wait for direction — you test, iterate, and make things happen.
Must-haves:

Proven experience building early-stage growth from scratch

Strong across multiple channels: paid, organic, content, comms, community

Great writer and communicator — able to simplify complex concepts

First-principles thinker who doesn’t rely on playbooks

Data-savvy and metrics-driven

Self-starter with high standards and extreme ownership

Crypto-native or eager to immerse yourself in the culture and users
Bonus points if you:

Scaled growth at a DeFi protocol, trading app, or B2C fintech

Built something from scratch: newsletter, audience, project

Designed referral loops, influencer flywheels, or viral mechanics

Managed creators, agencies, or growth contractors

Are active on crypto Twitter or in relevant communities

Comfortable with Figma, Webflow, Notion, or no-code tools

Can drive growth with minimal resources and lots of creativity
