Full Stack Engineer

Project Overview:

The project is focused on pioneering the tokenization of institutional-grade Bitcoin mining power as omnichain Real-World Assets (RWA). It aims to establish the largest DAO-owned Bitcoin miner and Bitcoin treasury. Supported by notable partners such as BITMAIN, Antpool, Animoca Brands, Metalpha (NASDAQ: MATH), BIT Mining (NYSE: BTCM), and others, the project seeks to transform the landscape of Bitcoin mining and blockchain integration.

Role Overview:

This position involves designing, developing, and implementing new features and upgrades for the project’s decentralized application (dApp). As part of a multidisciplinary team, the role requires expertise in full-stack development, blockchain integration, and Web3 technologies to ensure high-quality solutions for the protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, and deploy new features and dApps.

• Develop secure, high-quality code with integrations for smart contracts and on-chain services.

• Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain quality standards.

• Monitor the technical performance of the dApp and implement fixes and enhancements.

• Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

• Stay updated on blockchain trends and advancements.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in Web3 or DeFi projects.

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum/Solidity and Solana/Rust.

• Proficiency in Web3 libraries/tools, including web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, and WalletConnect.

• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion.

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and passion for tokenized RWAs.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a globally distributed team.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the evolving Web3 landscape and dynamic business needs.
