Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, developing marketing strategies, and fostering a strong community around innovative Bitcoin solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in KOL and influencer management and possess a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency trends, contributing to the transformation of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive campaigns to build brand awareness and drive user adoption.

KOL and Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders and influencers within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space to enhance reach and credibility.

Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and videos, tailored to the target audience.

Community Engagement: Foster an engaged community on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, ensuring active and meaningful interactions.

Partnership Development: Collaborate with external partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and sponsorships.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to refine marketing approaches.

Event Planning: Represent the organization at conferences and organize events to connect with potential partners and users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Proven expertise in KOL and influencer management, particularly in blockchain or technology-related industries.

• Strong understanding of Bitcoin, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation.
