Our client is building the future of digital asset management — a unified, self-custodial platform that gives users full control over their crypto investments across chains and protocols. From tracking and trading to earning yield and allocating to tokenized assets, everything happens in one intuitive interface, powered by an AI-based investment advisor.

Backed by top-tier investors and led by a world-class engineering team, they’re now hiring their first marketing/growth lead to take the product from early traction to breakout growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution at speed: Take ownership of marketing deliverables end-to-end. For example, if tasked with producing a month of blog posts, you’ll find a way to deliver - no delays, no excuses.

  • KOL & partner outreach: Manage relationships with KOLs, agencies, and potential partners. Build and activate a strong referral and co-marketing network.

  • User acquisition (whales included): Identify, source, and onboard high-impact users and partners.

  • Partnerships & sales: Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership and referral opportunities.

  • Media & exposure: Drive visibility primarily through podcasts, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and other non-traditional channels.

  • Creative growth hacks: Experiment with unique tactics to gain traction—whether it’s smart content seeding, telegram presence, or viral campaigns.

  • Agile execution: Double down on winners, cut losses quickly, and always keep moving forward.

  • Content & copy: Deliver compelling copy when needed (blogs, posts, pitches), but not in a formal “copywriter” role.

  • High energy availability: Operate at startup pace, 7 days a week when needed, and jump on calls at short notice.

  • A “doer” with strong hustle - more execution than theory.

  • Comfortable managing multiple threads: content, partnerships, outreach, and growth.

  • Strong communicator, able to pitch and close deals.

  • Not afraid to experiment, learn fast, and adapt.

  • Hungry, ambitious, and ready to treat the company like it’s your own (equity involvement possible).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI tools, video editing, or graphics.

  • Prior track record in crypto, fintech, or growth startups.
