Sales Manager – Digital Assets & Cross-Border Payments
Asia | Bangkok / Singapore / Remote
Our client is building institutional-grade infrastructure for cross-border settlement using stablecoins and digital asset rails. They are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can directly drive volume, liquidity, and corridor growth.
This is not a “relationship-only” role.
This is a revenue role.
You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end and be measured on TPV, revenue contribution, and activated counterparties.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Revenue

Acquire new institutional clients across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, and remittance firms

Drive cross-border settlement volume into stablecoin and payment rails

Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to negotiation, onboarding, and activation
-
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly TPV and Net Revenue targets
-
Identify and develop new payment corridors across Asia and emerging markets
Account Ownership

Manage and grow strategic institutional relationships

Coordinate closely with Treasury, Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding

Act as the commercial owner of your accounts post-activation
Market & Strategy

Track competitor activity, pricing, and corridor dynamics

Contribute to corridor strategy, liquidity planning, and pricing optimization

Support go-to-market initiatives and partnership launches with commercial leadership
What They’re Looking For

5–10 years in sales, BD, or account management within fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets
-
Proven track record of closing complex deals and hitting volume or revenue targets
-
Existing network across OTC desks, PSPs, exchanges, or remittance players
-
Strong understanding of stablecoins, FX flows, cross-border settlement, and liquidity
-
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, execution-first environment

Fluent English required

Asian language skills a strong plus (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa, etc.)
