Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Web3 Tokenization Platform   📍 Remote | EST Overlap Required 💰 Compensation varies by region & experience but roughly within the range $80–200k    ⸻   About the Role   Our client is building a scalable platform to tokenize real-world assets. They’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of secure, high-performance Web3 applications — with a strong emphasis on modern frontend development, robust backend architecture, and blockchain integrations.   You’ll work across a modern stack to bring new financial products to life in a decentralized, regulated environment.   ⸻   Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack dApps using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GraphQL • Build intuitive frontends with tools like Redux, Chakra UI, or Material UI • Design and deploy AWS-based cloud infrastructure using microservices • Contribute to architecture decisions, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD • Lead code reviews and ensure security best practices   ⸻   What You Bring • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and scalable full-stack apps • Strong backend skills with REST/GraphQL, Express, and cloud-native systems (AWS) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation • Passion for secure, well-typed, production-grade code • Bonus: Web3 experience, especially EVM, Solidity, Hardhat, Ethers.js   ⸻   Why Join This is an opportunity to help shape the engineering culture and systems of a platform aiming to redefine financial access and compliance in the Web3 era.
