The Company

Our client is building the Bitcoin Superchain: interoperable rollups secured by Bitcoin with near trustless rails for BTC and other Bitcoin-native assets.

It is the scalable smart-contract layer for Bitcoin allowing developers to build interoperable rollups, dapps and DAOS, bringing scalability, privacy and DeFi to Bitcoin.

The Role

They 

are seeking experienced Senior Rust Developers to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge blockchain project. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Rust programming, as well as hands-on experience with rollups and zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. Familiarity with Bitcoin script and system architecture design is a significant plus. Developers must have experience with development of Blockchain infrastructure and not just applications (dapps). 

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement advanced blockchain solutions using Rust, with a focus on rollups and ZK proofs.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and efficient systems that leverage cutting-edge cryptographic primitives.

  3. Optimize core protocol components to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.

  4. Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to maintain the highest standards of code quality and security.

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust, rollups, and ZK technology, and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  1. Strong proficiency in Rust programming language, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

  2. Deep understanding of rollups and hands-on experience implementing rollup solutions, such as Optimistic Rollups or ZK Rollups.

  3. Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs and their applications in blockchain technology.

  4. Experience with system architecture design and optimization, particularly in the context of blockchain networks.

  5. Hands-on experience with Bitcoin script or other similar low-level blockchain scripting languages is a big plus.
