Their systems support both large-scale indoor data centers and modular outdoor deployments. Backed by tier-one investors and scaling rapidly across North America and internationally, they are now strengthening their commercial team with an experienced, well-connected sales professional.
Position Overview
You will lead sales efforts across the digital-asset mining and hosting ecosystem, focusing on cooling, power, and infrastructure solutions for high-density compute operators. The ideal candidate understands the mining market, has sold to infrastructure buyers, and can navigate technical conversations with both operators and engineering teams.
This role ideally suits a U.S.-based salesperson willing to travel frequently across the U.S., Canada, and select international markets. Candidates outside the U.S. will also be considered if they bring the right experience and network.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute a clear account strategy targeting mining operators, hosting providers, and large-scale compute customers
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the mining and hosting ecosystem
• Develop strong relationships with executives, operators, and technical buyers
• Communicate product capabilities, ROI, and integration pathways with clarity
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, demos, negotiations, and closing
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployment and long-term retention
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling equipment or infrastructure to mining operators, hosting providers, data-center buyers, or adjacent markets
• Strong network within digital-asset mining and HPC infrastructure
• Proven track record of closing deals in complex, technical, or high-value environments
• Solid understanding of cooling technologies, rack systems, and high-density compute requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. and internationally
