💰 Compensation varies by region and experience  –  but roughly within the range $80–200k 

About the Role

Our client is creating institutional-grade infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets, and they’re hiring a Smart Contracts Engineer to lead development of secure, composable protocols on EVM-compatible chains.

You’ll design and implement smart contracts for token issuance, permissioned trading, and governance — with a strong focus on security, gas optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy smart contracts for RWA tokenization and exchange

• Lead contract testing using Hardhat, Foundry, or similar frameworks

• Optimize and audit code for performance and security

• Collaborate across teams on system architecture and integration

• Contribute to DevOps flows (CI/CD, versioning, deployments)

 

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Solidity experience in production-grade DeFi or financial systems

• Deep understanding of EVM, token standards (ERC-20, 3643, 1400), and DeFi risks

• Comfortable with full test coverage, mocking, and smart contract security reviews

• Familiar with integration tools like Ethers.js, Web3.js

• Bonus: Experience with formal verification, compliance frameworks, or identity systems
