Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Token Launch and Marketing Officer to lead the end-to-end token generation event (TGE) and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for a cutting-edge layer-1 protocol. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully launching and positioning blockchain tokens within the competitive crypto ecosystem.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and an extensive network within the blockchain space. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving the protocol’s market success and developing its token ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a complete token launch strategy covering pre-TGE, TGE, and post-launch phases.

• Design and implement a holistic marketing plan to maximize token visibility, investor interest, and competitive market positioning.

• Manage relationships with centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges for token listing.

• Coordinate market-making activities to ensure token liquidity and price stability.

• Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 exchanges.

• Create and execute investor communication strategies.

• Oversee token economic modeling and distribution plans.

• Develop investor pitch decks, marketing collateral, and other communication materials.

• Manage community engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter).

• Track and analyze market performance to adjust strategies as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in successfully launching a layer-1 protocol token.

• Extensive network and established connections with:

• Top-tier centralized exchanges (CEX)

• Leading decentralized exchanges (DEX)

• Crypto market makers

• Blockchain venture capitalists and investors

• 3-5+ years of experience in blockchain token launches.

• Deep understanding of token economics, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.

• Success in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for blockchain protocols.

• Expertise in Web3, crypto, and blockchain industries.

• Proficiency in token distribution mechanisms and blockchain marketing tools.

• Strong data analysis and market research skills.
