Digital Marketing Manager – Blockchain

Marketing Manager
A fast-growing Fintech startup is looking for a marketing manager, a new full-time role created to grow our audience reach. Reporting to the marketing director, the marketing manager will be responsible for the management of marketing activities, including growth marketing and branding. We are looking for someone who is creative and excited to promote the product and achievements of the company. The work is remote due to COVID-19 and are open to applicants from across North America.

Working closely with the marketing director on all communication, including editorial, audience, digital, partnerships and sponsorships, events, and fundraising; the marketing manager will be responsible for:

Developing and executing short- and long-term marketing campaigns, including social, web, direct mail, and print advertising
Managing marketing plans, including coordinating the creation of marketing materials with internal and external designers
Managing a comprehensive marketing calendar reflecting key dates and campaign periods
Assisting in managing the flow of all digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns
Reviewing, editing, and tracking marketing assets to ensure brand consistency
Analyzing campaign ROI by capturing and tracking campaign performance metrics, and

providing monthly and annual project reports
Overseeing the identification and creation of publicity opportunities and earned media,

and conducting media outreach
Working independently and collaboratively in a highly organized, deadline-driven


Candidates should have five + years of experience working in a marketing role, including digital. You must be able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects (often against strict deadlines) and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience should include:
Managing successful marketing campaigns (and learning from not-so-successful campaigns)
Excellent communication, writing, and project-management skills, and an eye for detail
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google DoubleClick for

Publishers, and Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, Bulk Email and Drag-and-Drop

visual builders.
Manage a Copywriting and design procurement pipeline with the delivery schedule
Familiarity with formalities such as reports and SOPs is an asset, but being an agile

learner is even more important
Experience in the media, digital, and/or financial sectors is an asset
