This is not a junior or mid-level role.

We’re hiring an elite trader / researcher with a proven ability to generate, defend, and scale PnL in live markets.

You will have direct ownership of capital, strategy, and risk. Minimal bureaucracy. Maximum accountability.

Top performers here are not thinking in salaries. They are earning multi–seven figure bonuses.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven PnL (Non-Negotiable)

You must be able to demonstrate:

• A consistent track record of generating meaningful PnL

• Clear linkage from idea → strategy → execution → alpha → realized returns

• Repeatability across different market conditions

If exact numbers cannot be shared, you should be able to clearly articulate:

• Your strategy

• Your edge

• Your risk framework

• Why it works

2. Real Edge

We’re not looking for generic market participation.

We’re looking for traders who:

• Have a defined, defensible edge

• Understand where their returns actually come from

• Can adapt as market structure evolves

3. Ownership Mindset

• You think in terms of capital efficiency and risk-adjusted returns

• You are comfortable running risk and being judged on outcomes

• You operate independently but can collaborate when it improves performance
