About the Role

We are hiring an Altcoin Researcher to identify and evaluate emerging digital asset opportunities across liquid markets and early-stage ecosystems. This role focuses on turning deep fundamental research into actionable insights that inform trading decisions and selective venture exposure.

You will operate at the intersection of token economics, market structure, and narrative formation. The role suits someone who can form independent views early, challenge consensus, and understand how fundamentals translate into flows and price action.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct deep-dive research into altcoin ecosystems, protocols, and emerging sectors.
  • Analyse token supply dynamics, incentive structures, governance models, and adoption trends.
  • Track narratives, catalysts, and upcoming launches across crypto markets.
  • Translate research into actionable ideas for traders and systematic strategies.
  • Develop structured frameworks for assessing project quality, valuation, and competitive positioning.
  • Engage with founders, investors, and ecosystem participants to stay ahead of market shifts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in crypto research, venture investing, or digital asset analysis.
  • Proven ability to produce research that influences capital allocation or positioning.
  • Strong understanding of tokenomics, L1/L2 ecosystems, and DeFi infrastructure.
  • Ability to bridge qualitative insight with quantitative evidence.
  • Well-networked within the crypto ecosystem.
  • Clear communicator with conviction and intellectual curiosity.
