Client

Our client is a financial engineering firm focused on helping institutional Bitcoin holders generate yield on their BTC while maintaining self-custody and strong security principles.

Their strategy leverages self-custodial Bitcoin staking via Core DAO, enabling Bitcoin holders to earn yield without wrapping, bridging, or transferring BTC out of their wallet.

The firm is now looking for a BizDev / Fundraising Lead to source institutional clients and help drive $100M+ in BTC allocations into its Bitcoin yield strategy.


Role

This is a commercial and fundraising role focused on originating institutional relationships across the Bitcoin ecosystem and converting them into BTC allocations.

The position combines institutional sales, capital raising, and ecosystem partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Fundraising

  • Raise BTC allocations into the firm's Bitcoin yield strategy

  • Build and manage a pipeline of LPs

  • Work with fundraising agents and placement partners

  • Contribute to reaching the $100M BTC fundraising target

Institutional Business Development

Source and onboard clients including:

  • Bitcoin treasury companies

  • crypto hedge funds

  • family offices

  • high-net-worth Bitcoin holders

  • Bitcoin miners

Partnerships

Build relationships across the Bitcoin ecosystem, including:

  • Bitcoin L2 ecosystems (Core DAO, Stacks and others)

  • infrastructure partners

  • institutional custodians

Client Management

  • Maintain relationships with institutional clients

  • Support onboarding and strategy explanation

  • Coordinate reporting and investor communication


Target Clients

  • BTC Treasury Companies

  • Crypto Hedge Funds

  • Family Offices

  • High-Net-Worth Bitcoin Holders

  • Bitcoin Miners


Key Ecosystem Counterparties

  • Bitcoin L2 ecosystems (Core DAO, Stacks and others)

Ideal Candidate

Experience

  • Institutional crypto sales, fundraising, or business development

  • Experience working with Bitcoin-native investors

  • Background in:

    • crypto asset management

    • funds or trading firms

    • Bitcoin infrastructure

    • staking / yield strategies

Network

Strong existing relationships with:

  • crypto hedge funds

  • family offices

  • high-net-worth Bitcoin holders

  • Bitcoin treasury companies

  • miners

Profile

  • Deep understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem

  • Ability to explain complex yield strategies to institutional investors

  • Strong fundraising instincts and a self-starter mentality
