About the Role
Our client is building a new generation crypto trading product.
They are looking for someone who can drive real volume and TVL from day one.
This is not a strategy role.
This is execution.
What You’ll Do
- Drive trading volume (spot + perps)
- Bring TVL (deposits, yield, liquidity)
- Build and scale affiliate / referral pipelines
- Source and close:
- KOLs
- Traders
- Communities
- Strategic partners
What Matters
- Volume you generate
- TVL you bring
- Revenue you drive
Everything else is secondary.
Who You Are
- You’ve already driven real volume or revenue in crypto
- Experience with exchanges, DeFi, or trading products
- Strong understanding of:
- Traders
- Liquidity
- Incentive design
- You move fast and operate with ownership
