Our client is a fast-growing crypto growth and business development firm working with leading exchanges and trading platforms globally. They connect trading communities, affiliates, KOLs and institutional partners with high-volume client campaigns.

They are looking for multiple Business Developers to expand their network of trading and distribution partners.

The Role

You will identify, engage and onboard high-value partners who can drive users and trading volume to client campaigns.

This is a hands-on BD role for someone who understands crypto trading, knows how the industry operates and is comfortable building relationships through Telegram, X, Discord, LinkedIn and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach crypto trading communities, affiliates, KOLs and institutional partners

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners

• Qualify partners based on audience, reach, trading activity and potential volume

• Negotiate commercial terms and onboard partners into relevant campaigns

• Develop long-term relationships with high-performing partners

• Track outreach, activations and partner performance

• Work closely with the wider team to match partners with suitable client campaigns

• Continuously expand your network across the crypto trading ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in crypto business development, partnerships, affiliates or a related commercial role

• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, trading and the broader market

• Experience working with traders, communities, KOLs, affiliates or similar distribution partners

• Confident outbound approach and ability to start conversations from scratch

• Comfortable communicating across Telegram, X, Discord and LinkedIn

• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on measurable results

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Existing network within crypto trading is a strong advantage
