Business Development Director

On behalf of our client, a pioneering organization in the Web3 space, we are seeking a Business Development Director to spearhead growth initiatives, establish critical partnerships, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge decentralized infrastructure.

About the Client

Our client is at the forefront of Web3 innovation, building, an intersubjective attribution layer designed to bring instant finality to off-chain systems. It serves as a hyper-scalable, causality-based ground layer for deAIs, deSci, and longevity, created by a team with a distinguished academic background, including 10+ OSDI, SOSP, and NSDI papers in causality and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to foster the growth and adoption of the platform within the ETH ecosystem.

• Partnerships: Build, manage, and nurture partnerships to create impactful collaborations.

• Growth Programs: Create and manage programs aimed at maximizing impact across the ecosystem.

• Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and engage potential partners to integrate into the ecosystem.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and community teams to align initiatives and represent the BD function.

Required Skills and Experience

• Business Development Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in business development within the Web3 space.

• Ethereum Network: A strong professional network within the Ethereum ecosystem.

• Visionary Thinking: Goal-driven with the ability to think big and plan for scalable growth.

• Crypto Passion: Deep belief in decentralization and a strong passion for the crypto industry.

• Technical Insight: Experience in infrastructure within the blockchain sector.

• Educational Excellence: Strong academic background; a Ph.D. is preferred.
