Our client is a fast-growing DeFi infrastructure project building the next generation of restaking and decentralized finance solutions. Their mission is to redefine economic security by bridging security, liquidity, and rewards across multiple ecosystems.
They have already achieved $2.2B+ TVL, support high-impact tokens (BNBx, SolvBTC, slisBNB, asBNB, and more), and are leading innovation in the $100B+ market of liquid restaking, tokenized CeDeFi, and real-world assets.
The Role
As Business Development Lead (APAC), you will spearhead capital attraction and revenue growth efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. This role requires someone with deep experience across both TradFi and DeFi, especially in institutional-facing projects, who can build trust and close high-value partnerships.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced, frontier-tech environment, and who is motivated by scaling decentralized financial ecosystems globally.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the project and portfolio products to core customer groups (UHNIs, Family Offices, VCs, Hedge Funds) in the APAC region

Structure customized product solutions to optimize sales conversions

Carry and deliver on revenue and TVL targets for the APAC region

Work closely with the SDR team to enhance lead generation by leveraging your network

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders, investors, and partners

Represent the organization at top APAC conferences and industry events, driving strategic growth opportunities

Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy and decision-making

Qualifications
-
5+ years of business development experience, including at least 3+ years in the crypto industry

Strong understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts

Proven ability to attract institutional capital and forge strategic partnerships

Extensive network within the institutional financial ecosystem in APAC
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup-style environment
