The Company 

Our client is building a decentralized Bitcoin treasury reserve protocol, inspired by traditional capital accumulation models but redesigned for the on-chain economy. Think: MicroStrategy’s strategy, reimagined for tokenized, liquid, and community-driven participation.

The Role 

They’re seeking a visionary CEO to lead the project from Token Generation Event (TGE) through to global scale. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact protocol at the intersection of DeFi, institutional finance, and decentralized governance.

What You’ll Lead

• Strategic leadership across the foundation and affiliated operating entities

• Execution of the post-TGE roadmap: listings, treasury expansion, and institutional partnerships

• Scaling of the protocol’s core convertible vault product and automated treasury management (ATM) strategy

• Representing the protocol publicly with investors, community members, exchanges, and regulators

• Hiring and managing key leaders across compliance, engineering, marketing, and finance

• Supporting tokenomics, DAO structure, and governance design alongside the founding team

Who You Are

• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, or traditional capital markets (ideally both)

• Proven experience in raising capital and scaling startups or protocols

• Strong grasp of token design, staking mechanics, and decentralized governance

• Comfortable operating within hybrid org structures (e.g., DAO + foundation + devco)

• Hands-on operator with the ability to drive execution at every level

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with regulated token issuance frameworks (e.g., Cayman/BVI foundations)

• Prior leadership experience in a crypto protocol or fintech startup

• Public speaking, investor relations, and community engagement skills

Structure & Incentives

You’ll report to the project’s Foundation Board and development entity. Compensation includes equity/token allocation and performance-based bonuses, with significant upside tied to treasury performance and long-term token value.
