About the Company

 

Our client is building a Solana-focused treasury company, inspired by Michael Saylor’s MicroStrategy playbook. The vision is to create a capital markets vehicle dedicated to acquiring and holding Solana as a long-term treasury asset.

They are now seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead this initiative — leading fundraising efforts, building a strong public brand, and positioning the company as the premier Solana treasury institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Markets & Fundraising

    • Lead fundraising efforts with VCs, family offices, and institutional investors.

    • Pitch the company’s mission as a Solana treasury vehicle to global capital markets.

    • Establish relationships with auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

     

  • Public Leadership

    • Act as the face of the company at conferences, in the media, and on podcasts.

    • Build thought leadership and visibility via social media and industry events.

    • Champion Solana adoption and position the company as a pioneer in Web3 treasury management.

     

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership

    • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for growth.

    • Assemble and manage a high-performing team.

    • Implement governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

     

Requirements

 

  • Crypto & Web3 Expertise

    • Strong knowledge of Web3, with particular expertise in Solana.

    • Passion for crypto as an asset class and treasury strategy.

     

  • Financial Acumen

    • Solid understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations.

    • Experience pitching and raising capital is strongly preferred.

    • Familiarity with public market structures (SPVs, ETFs, listed entities) is a plus.

     

    • Confident, dynamic communicator for both media and investor settings.

    • Active or aspiring social media presence.

    • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and represent a company at the highest level.

      Leadership & Communication

Compensation

 

  • Base Salary: USD 100,000 – 150,000 annually

  • Incentives: Performance-based bonus with equity and/or stock options
