Job Description:

They are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team and drive our brand to new heights. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and market share.

• Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and advertising.

• Lead market research initiatives to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

• Web3, Crypto & Blockchain industry experience
• User Acquisition & Growth expertise
• TGE - token launch experience

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
