• Provide Technical Leadership: Drive the technology strategy, overseeing all technical decisions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure Scalability and Performance: Implement best practices to ensure the platform's scalability and maintain peak performance.
• Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging Web3 trends and identify new technologies to enhance the platform.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with 5+ years in blockchain or DeFi.
• Proven experience building scalable protocols, with expertise in EVM Chains, Solidity, and smart contracts.
• A track record of leading teams in developing mobile-first applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
