Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design, development, and execution of the company's business and commercial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.
- Deliver quarterly reports to the Board, shareholders, and investors on strategy, financial performance, and key milestones.
- Lead the management team with full general management authority, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Oversee fundraising efforts, engaging with investors and partners to secure resources for business scaling.
- Safeguard the company's brand and reputation, ensuring consistency in all public-facing activities and messaging.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance partner and investor engagement and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing startups, enterprises, or tech companies.
- Exceptional pitch and public speaking abilities, with a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships across diverse groups, including technical teams and strategic partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop innovative partnership opportunities.
- Experience working with venture capital and managing investor relations.
- Strong operational oversight and experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of core blockchain concepts.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling blockchain and AI infrastructure solutions.
