Community Lead - Airdrop

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive community and social media marketing plan.
• Set and monitor KPIs for community growth, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Provide strategic direction for airdrop campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Lead the analytics process, interpreting data to gauge the efficacy of community and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business development initiatives.
• Provide guidance and direction to the Community Manager for effective execution of strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally within the Web3 or crypto sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including but not limited to airdrop farming.
• Prior experience in strategic roles focusing on user acquisition and community growth.
Compensation:
• USD$5-8k/month (negotiable based on experience)
• User Acquisition Bonus: To be discussed.
• Additional compensation in company tokens.
All candidates must be able to work in GMT+8 timezone, but remote is fine.
