Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in various positions within the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and a proven track record in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Engage with passive and active candidates through networking, social media, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients.
• Provide consistent communication and feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a preference for experience in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industries.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain technology landscape and its various components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms.

Compensation: Split Fee
