Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Career Coach with expertise in the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these sectors and a passion for mentoring professionals to reach their career goals. As a Career Coach, you will offer personalized guidance, conduct career assessments, and develop strategic plans to support clients in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive career assessments to identify clients’ strengths, skills, and aspirations within the crypto and blockchain industries.

• Assist clients in setting and refining short- and long-term career goals, providing actionable steps to achieve them.

• Offer personalized guidance on resume writing, cover letter creation, and job search strategies tailored to the crypto and Web3 job markets.

• Develop and deliver workshops or training sessions on relevant career development topics, including industry trends and networking strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market dynamics to provide up-to-date career advice.

• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a career coach, counselor, or consultant, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industries.

• Strong understanding of career development and counseling techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels.

• Familiarity with various job markets and industries, specifically crypto and blockchain.

• Proficient in the use of career assessment tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coaching certification from an esteemed organization, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Board Certified Coach (BCC).

• Experience conducting workshops or training sessions.
