Role Description:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Engineer to join the team, someone who harbors a deep-seated passion for DeFi. The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding in EVM and possessing a strong background in the development of DeFi protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the evolution of our synthetic token products, ensuring it remains at the pinnacle of innovation and user satisfaction.
• Drive the strategic development and execution of groundbreaking ideas that distinguish us from competitors.
• Elevate our smart contract capabilities to set new industry standards for security, efficiency, and functionality in DeFi.
• Adopt a comprehensive full-stack development approach to guarantee the flawless operation and integration of all platform components.
• Work collaboratively with the team to conceptualize and implement novel features that enhance user experience and platform performance.
• Remain at the forefront of DeFi and blockchain technology trends, ensuring the company continues to lead in the perpetual DEX space.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-3 years in software engineering, with a significant portion dedicated to DeFi or cross network solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in EVM, smart contract development, and a holistic approach to full-stack development.
• Experience with Ethereum and Arbitrum networks, with a focus on developing cutting-edge DeFi trading protocols.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of swiftly navigating complex technical challenges.
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities, proven through successful team-oriented projects.
• Prior engagement with company's codebase and dapp is highly desirable (candidates are encouraged to review our GitHub and explore our dapp).
• A profound passion for DeFi with a commitment to driving innovation in this field.
