The Role: Design Lead / Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client’s decentralized and global marketing team. In this role, you will create engaging visual content for various channels, with a strong focus on crypto-related materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and motion content for social media platforms.

• Develop visuals for the company’s website, including infographics, charts, and blog post covers.

• Produce illustrations using AI tools.

• Create presentation decks using Google Slides and Figma.

• Develop explanatory graphics and storyboards for animators.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and branding.

• Expertise in creating consistent, high-quality design assets aligned with brand guidelines.

• Conceptual thinker capable of translating complex technical ideas into simple, effective visuals.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto industry is essential.

• Proficient in Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite.

• Familiar with typography and AI-driven design tools.

• Strong eye for visual composition, attention to detail, and design consistency.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, remote work environment.
