Founder / CEO

Our client, an early-stage Blockchain + AI infrastructure startup, is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead the company’s vision, growth, and fundraising efforts. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in business development, venture capital fundraising, and Web3 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.

• Secure seed funding from VCs & strategic investors.

• Build and scale partnerships within the blockchain, AI, and enterprise sectors.

• Oversee product and technology development in decentralized AI and Web3 infrastructure.

• Lead and manage a high-performance team across multiple functions.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in venture capital fundraising (equity, token sales, governance models).

• Strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.

• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, AI infrastructure, and decentralized computing.

• Prior founder, executive, or leadership experience in Web3, AI, or deep tech startups.

• Exceptional leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

 • Base salary $200-300k

 • Equity & Token Allocation (Founder Share)
