Founding Engineer (Full-Stack / Front-End Focus)

Join as the Founding Engineer of an early-stage DeFi App startup backed by strong angels and builders from leading DeFi and blockchain ecosystems. You’ll own product architecture end-to-end, ship core user-facing systems, and shape both the technical culture and trajectory of the company from day one.

What You’ll Do

Build and iterate the first production-ready version of the platform — from web app to underlying APIs and data flows.
Lead the full product lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, testing, and optimization.
Work directly with the founders on strategy, product design, and early customer feedback loops.
Set up scalable engineering processes, DevOps pipelines, and best practices for future hires.
Experiment with on-chain integrations, wallet flows, and web3 SDKs to create seamless UX for crypto-native users.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in modern web development — strong command of React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (NestJS preferred).
Experience working across the stack — from front-end performance to backend APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, viem, walletconnect, etc.) is a big plus.
Ability to operate autonomously, make architectural decisions, and build quickly with limited resources.
Startup mindset: resourceful, pragmatic, and excited to own 0→1 challenges.
