The company is building Liquid Restaking Solutions for public blockchain networks.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Head of Business Development to spearhead our efforts in capital attraction and project expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both TradFi and DeFi. You will help capitalize on one of the highest concentrations of transactions to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive capital attraction and project expansion.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and developers within the ecosystem.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in both traditional finance and decentralized finance sectors.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven experience in business development.

• Deep understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts, with hands-on experience in DeFi projects and protocols.

• Strong network within the financial ecosystem, with a track record of successfully attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships.
