About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing DeFi infrastructure project building the next generation of restaking and decentralized finance solutions. With over $2B in TVL across market-leading products, they are driving innovation in the $100B+ markets of liquid restaking, tokenized CeDeFi, and real-world assets (RWAs).
Their ecosystem is built on three core pillars: Restaking Infrastructure, Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs), and Tokenized Yields — and they are now launching new products that reimagine on-demand liquidity powered by stablecoins.
The Role
As Head of Fintech, you will lead the creation and management of strategic partnerships with fintechs, banks, payment providers, and other financial institutions. This senior role is critical for securing liquidity, credit guarantees, and driving adoption of yield-bearing stablecoins across both TradFi and DeFi ecosystems.
You will be at the forefront of building the bridges between decentralized finance and mainstream financial institutions, scaling adoption and positioning the project as a foundational layer in the future of global finance.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and wants to shape the future of fintech x DeFi integration.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Execution — Design and execute a comprehensive fintech partnership strategy to secure liquidity and credit guarantees.

Business Development — Source, prospect, and close partnerships with fintechs, digital banks, payment providers, and traditional financial institutions.

DeFi Utility Growth — Expand stablecoin utility by integrating with leading DeFi protocols.

Relationship Management — Own partner success, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.

Market Intelligence — Track fintech, blockchain, and regulatory trends to refine strategy.

Team Leadership — Build and mentor a partnerships team as the business scales.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.

Deep knowledge of DeFi, stablecoins, and yield-generation strategies.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial products.

Proven ability to negotiate and execute complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Exceptional business judgment and long-term partnership mindset.
