The Role

Responsibilities:

• Heads Web3 practice at Loyyal under CTO
• Responsible for product development, implementations specialized in web3
• Contributes as solution architect / product architect and guide team for development
• Contributes as Lead programmer – fully hands-on – to ensure product completion, troubleshooter to dev team.
• Develops key web3 product in the pipeline of Loyyal by gathering requirements from business, design and architect, put product plan and execute.
• Can lead technical discussions with Customer technical heads, CTOs, IT managers and able to address their requirements, acting as technical expert with business teams in the pursuits.
• Can work with relevant teams in backoffice – IT, Developers to design POCs, MVPs, explain them requirements, work closely with them to launch successfully.

Eligibility Criteria:

Master’s Degree (MS in Computer Science) with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT

In-depth understanding and knowledge of following Technologies and Disciplines:

• Blockchain – Private permissioned (Hyperledger fabric), Public Blockchain (Polygon, Ethereum)
• Knowledge of Tokens, Cryptocurrency, Exchanges and associated use-cases in ICO /IDO, wallets, swaps, liquidity pools, NFTs.
• Tokenisation/ Tokenomics principles and its applications in business functions
• Understanding of Cryptocurrency / Virtual currency development lifecycle
• Artificial Intelligence such as Generative AI, Cognitive, Computer Vision (Nice to have)
• Middleware and Integrations – REST, SOAP, Enterprise service bus
• Backend and Front end tech know-how – MERN, MEAN
• Deployment stacks – Kubernetes, dockers, Devops, containerization
• Databases – SQL, noSQL, Postgres, Mongo, etc.
• Security – application, infra
• Traditional stacks – Java, C
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei

Hands-on expertise on Hyperledger Fabric (mandatory) and Polygon (mandatory) with optional experience in other blockchains as well.

Have worked on cryptocurrency development related to L1 / L2 layers, web3 projects on public tokens, etc.

Past experience of working as Technology Head, Solution architect and worked with business analyst to convert business requirements into technical architecture, software stack, process flows, deployment diagrams, etc. to enable presales team on finalization of scope and proposal.

Past experience of developing MVPs and early stage products as well as experience of leading tech teams to develop/implement/roll-out enterprise & production grade products.

Understand full lifecycle of product development, implementation and roll-outs, not limited to, analysis, development, deployment, testing, security and go live stages.

Can lead technical discussions with Customer technical heads, CTOs, IT managers and able to address their requirements, acting as technical expert with business teams in the pursuits.

Comes with background of product development, specially in nascent and advanced technologies.

Familiarity with Loyalty solutions, tokenization and legacy products of loyalty.

Solid understanding of SDLC lifecycle, delivery of enterprise projects in waterfall, agile manner with experience of delivery is a mandatory skillset expected in the role.

Must be flexible to travel worldwide and ready to work with aggressive yet positive entrepreneurial attitude.
