Head of Fundraising - Public Sale

The Company

Our client is building the Bitcoin Superchain: interoperable rollups secured by Bitcoin with near trustless rails for BTC and other Bitcoin-native assets.

It is the scalable smart-contract layer for Bitcoin allowing developers to build interoperable rollups, dapps and DAOS, bringing scalability, privacy and DeFi to Bitcoin.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Head of Crypto Fundraising to lead the token sale efforts and drive the success of our upcoming blockchain project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising significant funds in the cryptocurrency space and possess an extensive network within the token investing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including ICO, IEO, and other token sale mechanisms.

  2. Leverage existing relationships with token investing collectives, DAOs, and influential telegram groups to build a strong investor base.

  3. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to implement effective influencer marketing campaigns to generate buzz and attract potential investors.

  4. Manage the entire token sale process, from pre-sale to public sale, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  5. Collaborate with exchanges and launchpads to explore listing opportunities and maximize token distribution and liquidity.

  6. Provide strategic guidance on token economics, valuation, and distribution to optimize fundraising efforts.

  7. Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in raising at least $20 million for a single blockchain project in the past.

  2. Extensive network and strong relationships with token investing collectives, DAOs, and influential telegram groups.

  3. Demonstrated success in leading token fundraising efforts, particularly through ICO and IEO mechanisms.

  4. Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges and launchpads to facilitate token listings and distribution.
