Institutional Sales - OTC

About the Role

Our client is building institutional-grade OTC infrastructure and is hiring a commercially driven Institutional Sales professional to grow its OTC desk.

You will lead the full sales cycle for large block trades, working directly with hedge funds, family offices, trading firms, and corporate treasuries.

This is a founding-level commercial role with real ownership. You will help shape go-to-market, build pipeline from scratch, and drive revenue from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Source and convert institutional OTC clients across funds, family offices, DAOs, market makers, and treasuries
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to execution
• Build a pipeline of high-value OTC trades across spot, derivatives, and structured products
• Act as a strategic partner to clients on execution and liquidity strategy
• Coordinate closely with trading desk on pricing and execution
• Represent the firm at events, conferences, and ecosystem touchpoints
• Maintain clean CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
• Work with compliance and ops on onboarding and execution
• Share market feedback to improve product and positioning

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in institutional sales across crypto OTC or capital markets
• Strong track record of closing large transactions
• Deep understanding of OTC market structure and liquidity dynamics
• Existing relationships with institutional counterparties
• Strong knowledge of crypto products: spot, perps, options, structured products
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Self-starter, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management

• Experience at a crypto OTC desk or prime brokerage
• Network across DeFi, mining, or DAO ecosystems
• Familiarity with stablecoins, tokenization, and on-chain settlement
