About the Role

We are hiring a Macro Researcher to analyse global macroeconomic forces shaping digital asset markets. This role focuses on translating macro data, policy decisions, and liquidity regimes into structured, trade-relevant insights.

You will work closely with the trading team to connect macro developments to positioning, risk management, and cross-asset behaviour. Output is judged by clarity, timing, and market relevance.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor global macroeconomic trends, central bank policy, and regulatory developments.
  • Analyse data releases and policy communication for implications across digital asset markets.
  • Develop thematic research on liquidity cycles, correlations, and regime shifts.
  • Produce concise, high-conviction research with clear market impact.
  • Integrate macro insights into portfolio positioning and risk frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in macro research or strategy at a hedge fund, bank, or buy-side platform.
  • Strong understanding of monetary policy frameworks and cross-asset dynamics.
  • Proven ability to link macro developments to market behaviour and PnL impact.
  • Strong quantitative literacy and comfort working with data.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in digital asset markets.
