Marketing Director

On behalf of our client, a pioneering organization in the Web3 space, we are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute their marketing strategy, foster community growth, and enhance the company’s presence in the decentralized ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a growth-oriented marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and vision.

• Brand Development: Establish and enhance the company’s branding, marketing initiatives, and content creation.

• Community Building: Cultivate and expand a vibrant, engaged community around the platform.

• Project Management: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Industry Visibility: Strengthen the company’s presence at key industry events, staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with research teams to craft marketing strategies that resonate with the Web3 audience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Marketing Experience: 3-10 years of marketing experience, with a significant focus on Web3.

• Web3 Infrastructure Expertise: Proven track record in marketing for blockchain infrastructure projects.

• Strategic Vision: Goal-driven with the ability to think big and execute high-impact campaigns.

• Crypto Passion: Strong belief in decentralization and a deep passion for the crypto industry.

• Community Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture community-driven marketing initiatives.

• Educational Excellence: Strong academic credentials; a Ph.D. is preferred.
