$200,000 per year

Our client

Our client is a crypto HFT / proprietary trading firm that has been operating since 2017, trading exclusively with its own capital.

The firm runs high-frequency systematic strategies across major crypto exchanges, covering 2,000+ trading pairs and millions of trades per day through globally deployed, low-latency infrastructure.

It’s a relatively small, highly technical team with a flat structure, giving engineers direct ownership of systems where microseconds, reliability, and execution performance matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement new exchange and market connectivity.

  • Develop and maintain high-load, low-latency C++ applications.

  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously reduce system latency.

  • Improve the performance, stability, and reliability of core trading infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.

  • Work closely with trading, Python, and operations teams.

  • Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions as the platform scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally 4+.

  • Strong commercial experience with modern C++.

  • Experience with high-load and/or low-latency systems.

  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets.

  • Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to take ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in crypto, financial markets, HFT, or electronic trading.

  • Knowledge of FIX or exchange connectivity protocols.

  • Experience with distributed systems.

  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus.

  • Working knowledge of Python.

Why Join

  • Work on real high-frequency crypto trading infrastructure processing millions of trades daily.

  • Solve performance problems where latency improvements directly affect trading results.

  • Build connectivity across a large number of markets and exchanges.

  • Join a small, highly technical team with a flat structure and significant engineering ownership.

  • Work on globally distributed, latency-sensitive systems at meaningful scale.

  • Relocate to and work from Dubai.
