About the Role
Our client is building out a dedicated OTC crypto trading desk and is looking for a senior OTC Sales & Business Development professional to lead growth from the front.
This role sits at the intersection of institutional sales, liquidity relationships, and market execution. You will own client acquisition, counterparty development, and revenue expansion across high-volume OTC flows.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands how OTC really works.
What You’ll Do

Originate and close new OTC trading relationships

Build and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, funds, banks, exchanges, and proprietary trading firms

Develop and execute a clear OTC sales strategy to drive volume and revenue

Coordinate closely with traders and operations on pricing, execution, and settlement

Oversee client onboarding, KYC, and compliance alignment

Expand counterparty and liquidity provider relationships

Provide market insights and tailored trading solutions to clients

Track market trends, risks, and new opportunities in digital assets

Produce regular performance and activity reporting

Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in crypto OTC sales or institutional business development

Proven track record of closing and managing large OTC trading accounts

Strong existing network of institutional and high-volume clients

Deep understanding of crypto markets, liquidity, and execution dynamics

Strong commercial instincts with disciplined risk awareness

Self-starter comfortable building from zero in a fast-moving environment

Clear communicator with strong negotiation skills
