About the Role

We are hiring an On-Chain Researcher to analyse blockchain data and convert it into trading-relevant insight. This role focuses on capital flows, liquidity movements, and behavioural patterns across chains and protocols.

You will work closely with traders and developers to build monitoring frameworks, surface early signals, and systematise on-chain intelligence. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on positioning, not a reporting function.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse on-chain activity to identify market-moving flows and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking wallets, liquidity pools, bridges, and cross-chain behaviour.
  • Identify wallet clusters, whale movements, and behavioural patterns relevant to positioning.
  • Translate raw blockchain data into concise, actionable insights for trading teams.
  • Collaborate with developers on data pipelines and automation.
  • Contribute research on emerging protocols and network-level trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in on-chain analytics, data science, or crypto market research.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with tools such as Dune, Nansen, Arkham, Glassnode, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi mechanics, liquidity flows, and market structure.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong intuition for how on-chain behaviour translates into price action.
