Job Summary

 The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's product offerings, driving the strategy, development, and execution of innovative features. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning product development with user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Undertake thorough market research to uncover new opportunities for innovation within the Web3 and CMS fields.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the seamless delivery of product enhancements and new features.
• Foster a deep engagement with the platform's user base to collect feedback, identify pain points, and integrate user insights into product strategy.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to craft compelling go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate the product's unique benefits.
• Utilize performance metrics and data analysis to guide product decisions and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Brings at least 3 years of experience in product management, with a portfolio that demonstrates successful product launches and growth strategies.
• Has a robust understanding of blockchain technologies, Web3 principles, and the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively in a remote, dynamic startup environment.
• Is adept at strategic thinking and possesses a keen analytical mindset to navigate business, product, and technical challenges.
• Is familiar with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Shares a passion for innovation and is eager to contribute to the evolution of Web3 technologies.
