About the Role

Our client is building the next generation of financial infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets. As Product Manager, you’ll work alongside the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to define and ship features across their tokenization platform, decentralized exchange, and investor onboarding tools.

You’ll be instrumental in translating strategic goals into product specs, managing execution across engineering and compliance, and helping shape a product that sits at the crossroads of Web3 and institutional finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, specs, and user stories

• Drive day-to-day product execution across frontend, backend, and smart contract teams

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and compliance to align releases

• Analyze KPIs and feedback to drive roadmap decisions

• Own documentation, testing coordination, and partner integrations

 

What You Bring

• 3+ years of product management in fintech, crypto/Web3, or SaaS

• Comfortable working closely with engineers (Solidity, Node.js, React)

• Strong communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus

• Familiarity with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, 1400, 3643) and onboarding flows
