The ecosystem already exceeds $2.2B+ in TVL and is powered by a suite of products spanning liquid restaking, tokenized yields, and credit infrastructure, unified under a native governance token.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (APAC) to drive capital-raising, partnerships, and revenue growth across the region for its expanding suite of restaking and credit-based products.
This role is ideal for a finance-savvy relationship builder with strong experience in institutional sales, capital markets, and alternative investments, capable of engaging funds, family offices, and UHNIs across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the company and its ecosystem products to UHNIs, Family Offices, VCs, and Hedge Funds across APAC.

Lead and support capital-raising initiatives, structuring tailored product solutions for key clients.

Achieve regional TVL and revenue goals in collaboration with the global BD and product teams.

Leverage your network to enhance lead generation and conversion across strategic accounts.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, partners, and funds.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand visibility.

Stay current on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements

3β6 years of proven experience in Business Development or Institutional Sales within financial services, investments, or digital assets.

Deep understanding of financial products, fundraising, and capital markets.

Demonstrated ability to engage institutions, funds, and UHNIs, driving partnerships or capital inflows.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and solution-selling skills.

Crypto experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
