Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join its Web3 legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of crypto-assets and blockchain technology, in-depth knowledge of Swiss and European regulatory frameworks, and experience in financial market laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal consulting for crypto-related entrepreneurial initiatives.

• Draft legal opinions regarding the qualification of digital tokens.

• Prepare and submit requests for FINMA no-action letters.

• Manage licensing procedures with SROs or FINMA.

Requirements

• Master of Laws, Doctorate of Jurisprudence, or an equivalent academic degree.

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in relevant fields.

• Strong knowledge of the blockchain and innovative technology sector.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
