The Job

They are looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join as they prepare for a big event - launching the mainnet later this year. This job is all about creating and sharing communication plans, spreading the word, and getting more people involved in the community.

Main Duties

External Communications: Work closely with our Marketing Head to come up with and share plans and campaigns that tell people about what they are doing. This includes reaching out to our users, developers, and investors.

Influencer Engagement: Team up with the Marketing Head to find and connect with important people in the blockchain world.

Media Relations: Be the go-to person for news outlets, making connections with journalists and planning how to share the story through the media.

Ecosystem Marketing: Help work together with other projects in the community, making sure they're seen and heard.

Brand & Events: Help make brand known by organizing events and finding opportunities for introduction to communnity

Web & Digital Marketing: Keep the website fresh and up-to-date. Knowing how to use WIX is a bonus.

Skills You'll Need

• Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, ideally knowing how to do a bit of everything.
• Blockchain Knowledge: A solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, especially the technology behind them.
• Content and Communication: Good at making content for different people and explaining complicated things in simple terms. Knowing about SEO and how to promote content is great.
• Tech Tools: Good with digital tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Community Engagement: Experienced in building good relationships with important people and groups in the blockchain world.
• Event Planning: Able to manage events from start to finish, making them successful.
• Teamwork: Good at working with different teams, keeping projects on track, and aligning marketing efforts with overall goals.
• Startup Mindset: Ready to take on challenges, adaptable, and driven, perfect for the fast-paced startup world.
